Chicken Junk Ingredients 3 boneless chicken breasts 2 cans of chile verde sauce (or you can make homemade) 1 of each: zucchini, yellow squash, calabaza squash One half of a medium white onion 2 garlic cloves 3 cups cooked rice Directions Chop or dice all veggies.
