Ingredients: 1 lb salmon fillet (preferably skinned) 1/2 cup miso or more Cooking sake/wine (add to miso to make slightly thick pureed texture) 2 onions sliced 4 medium size potatoes, sliced 1-2 tbsp Olive oil (or your choice of oil) Some butter   Directions: Combine miso and cooking sake/wine till the mixture form pureed texture.
