    This week, our “From the Kitchen of…” series is from 806 Hilltop Dr. One of this family’s favorite dishes is Mexican Ceviche. Full of flavor with cooked shrimp, avocado, tomatoes … perfect for that Tex Mex craving you may have.   Ingredients Cooked shrimp Lemon juice Cilantro Onions Tomatoes Cucumbers Salt to taste   Directions Cut ingredients and mix together. Serve it as seafood appetizer or as a side salad with tostadas or chips. You may also add avocados but serve it individually.
