This week, our “From the Kitchen of…” series is from 806 Hilltop Dr. One of this family’s favorite dishes is Mexican Ceviche. Full of flavor with cooked shrimp, avocado, tomatoes … perfect for that Tex Mex craving you may have.
- Cooked shrimp
- Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Cut ingredients and mix together. Serve it as seafood appetizer or as a side salad with tostadas or chips. You may also add avocados but serve it individually.
